nor have I given instructions to do so, and no accounts have been presented to me for hospital fees until the beginning of this year; otherwise I would have taken the earliest possible opportunity to rectify this matter.

With regard to the communication of the Colonial Surgeon to my Chancellor, I. Schönberger, I am informed that they were made

after the readmittance of Julia Zelinska to the hospital and therefore her admittance must have been granted at the instance of those ...
